Book Candle


On a related note to the Magazine Sniffing article posted on the Labs page, those of you out there who share my passion for book sniffing will appreciate this as much as I do. Magazine Sniffing

As the studio’s resident ‘print geek’ a favourite past-time of mine is getting design, layout and typography inspiration from magazines. I decided to make a labs project sharing latest observations in the world of editorial and the book-sniffing shenanigans which ensued on the latest studio field trip to Monocle – a hidden gem with all of the hottest stuff going on in terms of print finishes and typography.

Dry The River Horses


These amazing posters were designed by Foam agency to promote a band called Dry The River. The horses were designed using google sketch up and then crafted to create huge 3D papercraft posters that were distributed around London. Each horse took around 35 hours to make!

A Farmer’s Life


At Banbury Walker Studio we don’t limit ourselves to live events, we also do some more unusual projects. Here is a film about our friend Clive, discussing barns and environmental technology; something that really interests us in the studio.
